Our curriculum is based on a comprehensive physical education program that will help your child/children to achieve the following five goals:
1.                  Movement skills and movement knowledge.
2.                  Self-image and personal development.
3.                  Social development.
4.                  Physical fitness.
5.                  Interest in lifetime recreation and fitness.
 
Grades 1-8 have Physical Education on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please make sure that your child wears or brings athletic shoes on those days.
